We are looking for a marketing-minded colleague with an analytical focus to join the team. You will be part of a team that delivers state-of-the-art comprehensive marketing automation solution for large, corporate clients.

You will be part of a team that builds and delivers modern customer experience management and marketing automation solutions. Your clients will be multinational companies as well as exciting digital startups. Your job will include:

  • Communicating with clients, identifying, analysing and understanding their requirements and priorities.
  • working with the tools - Exponema, Tableau and others that we implement for our clients
  • Co-creating campaign concepts that leverage data, personalization and multi-channel communication to increase efficiency and optimize the customer experience,
  • training clients, inspiring them to think differently so that new tools and opportunities are used correctly,
  • collaborating on the design and implementation of technical integration,
  • defining KPIs and managing campaign performance,
  • consulting and presentations to the client on the solution and its principles.


We are looking for someone who has:

  • 4-5 years of marketing experience in the online/digital world - CRM/CVM, emailing, PPC, social, etc,
  • previous experience with Exponea or other marketing automation tool,
  • experience in evaluating campaign performance and attributing sales to marketing activities,
  • analytical and data-driven thinking in a marketing environment,
  • business mindset - looking for opportunities to help the client's business,
  • good communication skills - professional behviour and ability to communicate well verbally and in writing with clients in Czech and English,
  • ability to think structurally about the problem, its causes and propose a plan for a solution,
  • reliability and ability to work independently and autonomously,
  • at least basic understanding of technologies such as JSON, XML, API,
  • English at a very good level (minimum B2) - ability to discuss complex topics with international clients and colleagues.



  • Any development experience - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python, or other
  • Previous experience in maximizing the value of a customer base (Customer Value Management)
  • Graphic design skills and experience
  • Interest in Machine Learning and AI
